Dear CloudRouter user,

To provide you with a more stable and reliable service experience, we have made important adjustments to the platform's model channels and billing model.

Background of the Changes

Recently, we noticed that the service stability of some upstream model providers has been fluctuating. To ensure that you can continuously receive high-quality AI services, we have reorganized the model channel groups and optimized our provider selection strategy.

Key Changes

Billing Model Adjustment

  • The platform will fully transition to a pay-as-you-go billing model, discontinuing the original subscription plans.
  • Pay-as-you-go makes your usage more flexible—pay for what you use and avoid wasting resources.

Transition Plan for Existing Users

  • Plan Balance Conversion: If your current plan still has remaining balance, we support converting it into platform pay-as-you-go credits, ensuring your investment is not wasted.
  • Subscriber Benefits: Existing subscribers can continue using their plan until the subscription period ends. However, renewals will no longer be supported after expiration, at which point the account will automatically switch to the pay-as-you-go model.

Channel Selection Guide

We offer two types of channels for you to choose from:

Personal Channel

  • Suitable for individual developers, small projects, and learning/testing scenarios.
  • More affordable pricing, ideal for low-to-medium frequency usage.
  • Shared resource pool—queuing may occur during peak hours.

Enterprise Channel

  • Suitable for production environments, commercial projects, and high-concurrency scenarios.
  • Dedicated resource guarantees with faster response times.
  • Higher stability and availability SLA.
  • Supports priority scheduling and dedicated technical support.

Recommendations

  • If you are doing personal learning or development testing, we recommend choosing the Personal Channel.
  • If your application is already live or has high stability requirements, we recommend choosing the Enterprise Channel.
  • You can switch between the two channels at any time based on your actual usage.
